Contacting Compass Loft
When you send a project inquiry, we use your name, email address, business details and message to respond and discuss your project. An optional discovery answer and a limited page-entry hint help us understand how people find us. Please do not include passwords or sensitive information.
Our website uses Resend to deliver form messages to our Zoho-hosted business inbox. A submission reference helps us identify retries and delivery issues. Telephone inquiries are handled through Google Voice. These services process the information needed to provide their functions.
Optional website analytics
Google Analytics loads only after you choose “Allow analytics.” It measures visits to our business pages and contact actions, using browser and device information and analytics cookies. Google receives connection information, including your IP address, when your browser contacts its service. Analytics reports are estimates of consenting visitors, not a count of every customer.
We send page names and limited action categories. We do not send your name, email address, message, inquiry reference, URL query strings or page fragments as analytics event data. Portfolio demo pages are excluded. Automatic enhanced measurement is disabled; a form submission is counted only after our email provider accepts it. A phone or email click records intent, not a completed conversation.
Advertising storage, advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled in our website tag. We have not connected this implementation to Google Ads. See Google’s Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from partner sites.
Changing your choice
Your choice is stored in this browser for up to 180 days. Analytics cookies are configured with a 180-day expiry that can refresh with use. Declining does not affect contacting us. You can withdraw permission using the button below or “Analytics choices” in our footer. Withdrawal removes this site’s analytics cookies and reloads the page to stop further collection. It does not erase data already collected by Google.
Hosting and inquiry records
Our hosting and email providers may process technical logs for operation, security and delivery. We retain inquiry correspondence as needed to respond, manage projects and meet applicable obligations. This website does not sell personal information.
